Academics are an integral part of Phi Mu Fraternity.
Each member is first a student of Purdue University and then a member of Phi Mu. A focus on academics is fundamental in developing into a successful professional in the future. Purdue is a very competitive atmosphere and we are proud of rigorous classes that our members are enrolled in to challenge themselves.
Phi Mu is ranked #2 on campus of Panhellenic Sororities for a cumulative GPA of 3.39.
Senior Hayley Karpick received the Panhellenic Senior Scholarship Award in 2019.
Junior Abbey Fritsch received the Panhellenic Junior Scholarship Award in 2019.
We are proud to say the members of our chapter consistently earn grades that are above the all women's average at Purdue University. We have designated areas in the house for studying and have numerous other resources, like study hours, to further academic development. At Phi Mu we want all of our members to excel academically and are always supporting each other through our endeavors. We also pride ourselves on recognizing the value of experience, culture, and world traveling to add substance to our education.

As part of our valued dedication to academic success, all members receive compensation for tutoring during the school year.
